A bit about me...
I am a life-long learner with lots of lived experience. I'm super passionate and interested in the psychology of the way people think, how their environment, relationships, values and beliefs impact them and in supporting people come to clarity, reframing and making sense of things that baffle and perplex, stifle and impede, hurt and harm.
My goal is to give my clients the opportunity to feel and be understood and to support them in an affirming, curious exploration of perspectives and possibilities.

My story...
The list of topics I know a lot about originated with a lived experience followed by both self-directed learning and formal education. Reflecting on my family and ancestors over the generations, I see examples of suicide, sexual abuse, bi-polar, addiction, depression, anxiety, stress, neurodivergence and trauma. Most of these issues are found on the Topics I know a lot about page. Reflecting on my own lived experiences, I can speak from first-hand experience on any of them, so if you're interested in those stories, please feel free to ask if you think it would help, I'm happy to share.
